Hotel Oviya

The terrace on the fourth floor had a stunning view over Vavuniya, and the wedding hall we saw while attending a function was beautiful, with elegant decorations arranged so nicely. Our rooms stayed spotless, comfortable, and well maintained throughout the visit, and the food was excellent with plenty of variety. Many thanks to the manager and staff for their attentive service and hospitality. We had an amazing stay and would gladly return.

Oviya was amazing. My husband and I stayed at five hotels during our time in Sri Lanka, most of them very expensive four- or five-star places in Colombo, but none came close to Oviya. Everything in our room worked, and it was very clean. The staff were incredible, and the restaurant downstairs served equally amazing food. It deserves a much higher rating than three stars. On our way to Colombo, we stopped for dinner at Maharaja restaurant. The naan and biriyani were delicious, and the food was amazing. Ravindu was very professional, the service was superb, and all the staff were friendly. It's a beautiful, very clean restaurant. Five stars for the food and service!

The attached restaurant had good food at very affordable prices. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and when the air conditioning in my first room had an issue, they quickly moved me to another room where everything worked perfectly. A clean hotel with attentive service. I can definitely recommend it.
