The setting is a real strength: lovely gardens, direct access to the beach, and two pools. But the pools felt neglected, and there was hardly any help nearby. No one was around to sort out loungers or towels. The food also fell short in both quality and choice for this kind of resort. I paid a lot for a private villa for three nights, so I expected a much more comfortable, clean place. Instead, it seemed old and poorly cared for. The villa hadn't been cleaned properly, and the sheets looked dirty when I arrived. Several things in the room were worn, the television didn't work, and neither did the water boiler. The location is excellent, and the gardens make for a relaxing atmosphere, but the upkeep, cleanliness, food, and service need a lot of work. I hope management puts money into the facilities and guest experience, because the property has potential.

The receptionist deserves a special thank you for being so professional, helpful, and respectful. Her kindness made the visit more pleasant. The staff in general were attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. We enjoyed the fresh, tasty food and how nicely it was served. I'd recommend this Hotel for the good food and service, and look forward to coming back 😊

The beach is close enough to walk to easily, and the food was good. Some of the staff were welcoming too. We especially appreciated the man with glasses who managed the kitchen team, though we never got his name. He was attentive and warm during meals. We were there for two days. The rooms were okay, but the bathrooms felt old and a little sticky. There was a shower but no hand faucet, which was inconvenient. Service on the other day left us feeling unwelcome. A different staff member barely answered our questions and didn't seem willing to help, while he was laughing and chatting warmly with foreign tourists. The difference in attention was obvious and honestly hurtful. It left a bad impression. All in all, the stay was average, and that uneven, biased treatment along with the bathrooms affected our experience.

We came as a group of over 40, and Mr.Dimutha Ilangakoon went out of his way to look after us. The staff were warm and professional, and check-in went smoothly. Our rooms were spacious, spotless, and nicely designed, with comfortable beds and the amenities we needed. Housekeeping kept everything in great shape during the stay. We also enjoyed the varied food, and the restaurant team were friendly and attentive. The pool and shared areas were relaxing and well cared for. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend it for comfort and quality.

The food was excellent, especially the srilankan dishes, and the staff were warm and polite. We really enjoyed the villa, it was spacious and beautifully presented, just right for us. The property sits right on a peaceful, relaxing beach. Having two warm-water pools and lawns was a big plus while traveling with teenagers. We had a lovely stay!
