The food was delicious, with great quality and taste, and the service was friendly and excellent throughout. We enjoyed the beach viewpoint, played pool, and stopped by the snack bar. There’s also a lovely spa on-site. Mermaid Hotel & Club had a calm feel and was beautifully maintained. We had a wonderful time there.

The room is clean, beautiful, and really good value for the money. It’s close to the beach, and the staff were helpful and good to deal with. What let me down was the drinking water. I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, and this was disappointing: guests aren’t given sealed bottles in their rooms. Instead, there’s a refillable tumbler, and you’re asked to fill it from a dispenser outside. I don’t find that acceptable for hygiene. Guests’ hygiene should always come first.

We chose the half-board package, and both buffet meals, dinner and breakfast, had a great selection and were superb. I was there to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the team surprised us with a beautifully presented, delicious cake. It made the occasion even more special. The hospitality and service were outstanding. It was a memorable stay, and I’d highly recommend the hotel.

We had a lovely time at Mermaid Resort & Club. The rooms were clean, luxurious, and comfortable, and the food was delicious and good quality. Staff were polite, very friendly, and always ready to help. The whole place felt calm and was beautifully maintained. It was a fantastic, relaxing getaway, and we enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended ❤️

Shiva is what makes this already outstanding hotel special. He’s professional, motivating, and always brings positive energy. His gym support is amazing, and he organizes yoga and meditation sessions, aqua aerobics, and even ping pong coaching. He’s an incredible activity organizer and a real inspiration. Perfect service!
