Oasis Riverside Hotel

We tried one of their day-out packages, and it was quite worth the price with the food and room included. The room had a beautiful view and was nice, clean and neat. Service was very good, and the staff were friendly. There was ample parking, and the pool was clean. Definitely visiting again.

The lunch arrived without one of the menu items, so we had to alert the kitchen and wait another 30 minutes for it. Earlier, the evening snacks included in our couple package never came. We told staff three times and waited nearly 1.5 hours, but still got nothing. We had paid the full amount, yet the service was poorly managed and customer care extremely low. It felt like there weren’t enough staff to handle and serve customers properly. The experience didn’t meet expectations at all.

The conference hall was well arranged, the accommodation comfortable, and the meals absolutely delicious. Staff were very friendly, flexible and attentive to every detail, keeping the program perfectly on time. We held our official two-day residential event at Oasis Riverside Hotel, and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. Great service, highly recommended for corporate and official events.

The buffet was delicious, with a great choice of items, and the arrangements were made at a very reasonable price. They also offered us a discount, which we really appreciated. I had my engagement at Oasis hotel and it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
