The Blue Water Hotel and Spa

Ms. Dilshani made our visit especially memorable with her kindness, attention to detail, and warm manner. The rest of the team were just as friendly, professional, and helpful. Our room was spacious, very clean, and well looked after, and we had a fantastic stay at The Blue Water Hotel in Sri Lanka. We’d happily return and recommend it.

The sea was beautiful, and the peaceful location had no bothersome traffic or other disturbances. We enjoyed our stay, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The buffet food was okay, though we had hoped it would taste better. Some things could use technical upgrades, including the elevator, play area, and TV system.

Akash from the waiting staff made our visit especially enjoyable. He was polite and professional, served us promptly, and kept an eye on everything so things went smoothly. We had a great experience at Blue Water today, and really appreciated the hospitality. Thank you, Akash.

Dulshan was so patient and kind with my six-year-old daughter. Even with a busy schedule, he found time to make her smile, and his fitness knowledge and ability to motivate people at the gym were inspiring. Thinal at the front desk was also exceptionally warm and dedicated. Both went well beyond what we expected, and we’re very grateful to them. Our stay felt peaceful and relaxing, from the beautifully arranged room to the delicious food and attentive service. The welcome was warm from the moment we arrived, and every detail showed how much care the staff put into making guests feel at home. It’s a stay we’ll remember for a long time.
