The food was delicious, and everyone on staff was so kind and accommodating. The pool was clean, with the pool boy coming by every day. The villa's relaxed, positive feel was lovely, and the room was even better than described. The property is in great shape and well maintained, with everything working. I also peeked into the kitchen, which was very clean and safe. Dinesh greeted us with a warm smile when we arrived. The villa sits right on the sea, beside a beautiful, super-clean beach, and the sound of the waves is just wow!

The rooms were spacious and very clean, with a comfortable mattress and pillows. Food was okay. The beachside setting and nice pool were lovely, though the place feels a bit isolated and quiet.

The beach was only a few steps away and wonderfully peaceful, with a beautiful view. Our spotless room was comfortable, and the stay felt easy and welcoming. It was affordable too. The food stood out, especially the tasty Sri Lankan dishes we got to enjoy. Staff were kind and welcoming. A great calm, budget-friendly escape by the beach, highly recommended.

Chef Namila’s Sri Lankan cooking was the highlight for us, full of flavour and nicely balanced, with a comforting homemade feel. Dinesh looked after us so well in the restaurant, and everyone on staff helped make the stay really comfortable. Maresia Beach Villa feels like a little hideaway just off the main road, with a lovely pool and the beach right there. The rooms work perfectly for two, with clean sheets, good bathroom facilities, air-conditioning, and a TV in each. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back.

The management was very poor. The AC wasn’t working, and there was no technician available to repair it. This was one of the worst places I’ve ever visited, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
