Dinsara Pearl Villa

Densara Pearl Villa is tucked into the jungle near the Agrabodhi Raja Maha Viharaya Buddhist temple. The listing reviews still mention the Cape, but the villa has moved; the current spot is easy to find. It's a cozy place in Weligama for a longer stay, and the owners welcomed me with real warmth and care. They made delicious breakfasts, helped with whatever I asked, and offered tuk-tuk rides at a reasonable price. My room felt comfortable and homey, with a good bed and a sweet little balcony facing the greenery. The villa is some distance from the beach, but the walk itself is lovely. The narrow path winds through lush jungle, with tuk-tuks occasionally passing, and leads right to the beach opposite Taprobane Island. It made the stay feel both beautiful and private. Thanks to the hosts for such memorable hospitality.

The whole family, kids included, are so warm and welcoming. They greet us with big smiles whenever we return to the rooms. It's a new place, with good rooms and a clean, nice bathroom. Breakfast is made fresh at their home for guests, and it's delicious. They also offer tuk-tuk and taxi rides at very good rates, and even found us a scooter rental for much less than the usual price. We'll definitely come back 🙌🏼

The view is amazing, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast stays the same every day, though it's good. The hotel is good value for money, and the lovely hosting family are so hospitable and accommodating. You feel at home. Thanks, Noel and family!

The view was great and the place nice and quiet. We spent five nights at Dinsara Pearl Villa and really enjoyed it. Our room had a fan and mosquito net, and the fan was completely silent. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the food was very good. Noyel and the hosting family were extremely friendly and attentive. Just be aware that ours was the only room as nice as it was, the others were farther back on the property. We had a great time, thanks Noyel! :) Max and Eva
