The rooms are huge, and the beds were clean and comfortable. My TV didn’t work, but I didn’t mind much. Staff were friendly, helpful, and hardworking throughout my stay at Palm Springs. In my experience, you usually only get this level of attention on the last day, when staff are looking for tips, but here the service was great from start to finish. The food was quite good too: I liked the Kibbeh and Hummus, and my colleague’s BBQ chicken was big and meaty, unlike the local chicken that can look like a hungry pigeon and leave you hunting for meat. I’ve stayed elsewhere in Monrovia, and I liked this place better. I’ll definitely come back.

The hotel looks newer in the picture than it is; it’s clearly been around for a few years. The rooms are satisfactory and cleaned every day, but the pool isn’t properly maintained. They change the water, but don’t scrub the floor. It’s an okay choice if you’re on something of a budget. Keep in mind it’s a bit outside town.

Nice place, close to blue house. But the bar had no drink price list. When we ordered one evening, they said there was no list and the big bottles were out, then tried to sell us small ones for more than twice the price of the big bottles. We said no and left, so they lost a 100 dollar bill. After that, we went to the hub at era supermarket, where there was live music and they seemed much more interested in us than the staff at palm springs bar. Sorry, but they should have looked after our interests.

Palm Spring Resort has big rooms with a very cooling system, plus a pool, fitness room, casino, and bar. Customer service is very friendly. It’s a very nice place to stay, a place to be.

The place is great, and the service is great too. The ATM at the back once saved my life, joking! I’d definitely recommend it. Give the pool a try while you’re there.
