The booking process went smoothly, and I was reminded how friendly staff can be. They were always smiling and ready to help when needed. My room was clean and comfortable, and I personally had no problems. I'd recommend it.

I was disgusted at the thought of getting into bed. The bedding was so old it was coming apart, and the room smelled of cigarettes and urine. Everything was dirty, dusty, old and broken. I wouldn't give this place even one star. It's the most disgusting place I've stayed.

The room floor wasn't very clean, but the reception was perfect and they were really helpful.
