I didn't expect to find somewhere this beautiful so close to Vilnius. The yurts and small villas work well for two to four people, with a grill area and easy access to the lake at each one. There's a sauna for an extra fee, and we liked that too. The buildings fit in beautifully with the surrounding nature.

One thing I love about my favorite restaurant is its relaxed, quiet atmosphere and traditional Caucasian food. The prices are reasonable, and the waiters are attentive and happy to help choose dishes. Out front, there's a summer terrace where you can sit with a coffee and look out at the lake, with soft music playing.

The lakefront spots on the bridge are a lovely place to sit and enjoy the peaceful scenery, and the view is sensational. I've eaten here many times. The portions are generous, the food is cooked beautifully, and the staff are kind and helpful. Everything I've had has been great, from grilled beef and fish to vegetables. People mentioning food poisoning seem to be talking about something I can't explain, since I've never had a problem with the food. The atmosphere is welcoming too. Definitely worth a visit.

We had a large party and were looked after really well. The staff made us feel welcome, and the food was on another level, so fresh. Sitting outside and being able to watch the chefs work was great. The restaurant's location and view are beautiful, and everything was reasonably priced. Highly recommend, and I can't wait to return.

After being closed for a while during covid, it reopened this season with an updated menu. It had been my favorite place around Vilnius for good shashlik for years, and the quality and care are still there. The dishes feel more upscale now, like the new crayfish soup. Just outside Trakai by the lake, it's a lovely spot for a summer evening and a good meal.
