Amber suites - Subaciaus 5

We loved this place when we first stayed in October 2024, so we booked again through Booking.com for October 2025. This time, our three-day holiday became a nightmare. The room was cold, and the bathroom was cold too, with no heater in it. When we asked for compensation, they sent us to Booking.com. They put us in a narrow ground-floor room listed on the website as a double. It measured 3 by 4 meters (10 x 13 feet), with no space for our luggage. We were told we hadn’t checked the photos before booking, but we had looked carefully, and I even checked them again. The photos showed larger rooms than the one we got. The room heating had been switched off, and we spent a day without it because... Customer service was terrible. We messaged through our account and called the number listed at the hotel, but they didn’t respond until a day later. It’s a shame that a hotel we liked could feel like a scam just a year later.
