Everything is within walking distance, with lots of restaurants and sights nearby. The room and breakfast were excellent too. I'd absolutely book again and recommend it to anyone who wants to explore the city easily.

We booked a junior suite for not much more than a standard room, and it was great. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and it stayed nice and warm in the cold winter weather, with plenty of hot water. The indoor pool is 10 meters long, which isn't bad. The decor is traditional, and we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent, and the location was great too. I'm not sure why some reviews are poor.

The location is very nice, and the breakfast is great. Staff were okay, too. But the hotel may have been four stars in the 90s; since then, it seems not to have had the much-needed improvements. I've stayed in four rooms on different floors and in different parts of the building, and they were all much the same: mold-covered bathrooms, peeling wallpaper, and a constant damp, moldy smell.

The room was very clean, and the staff were kind, smiling, and pleasant. Breakfast was very good, and the hotel is in an excellent city location. The heated pool felt cold, so I didn't enjoy it.

We rented a room for one night to relax, but it turned into the worst night of my life. The neighbors upstairs were noisy all night, and even after security was called, nothing changed. The pool area was a complete mess when we went there. The Indian guests were shouting and not respecting anyone, and they left the sauna doors open because it was too hot for them. We're Lithuanian, and it was sad to feel as if we'd arrived in India. The rooms need refurbishment too, with huge cracks in the walls. The bar is very expensive. One beer shouldn't cost €7, but they charged it without hesitation.
