Corner Hotel

Sometimes there wasn’t any hot water in the bathroom. The door setup is really odd: you have to remember one code for the corridor and another for your room instead of using a card. The keypads are small and narrow, so they’re not easy to use.

The conference was very well organized, and the service was fantastic. Food and accommodation were amazing. It’s a great place for work meetings and events.

There’s free parking behind the hotel, plus a good bar open for much of the day and evening. Breakfast was quite good, though it can get busy, and the desk service was good as well. The rooms are spacious. If you don’t mind walking a little to reach the Old Town, this hotel is a better pick than many downtown places in the same price range. Good value all round, and I’d definitely return.

The renovated rooms were perfect, and the hotel itself was good. Breakfast was good too, but didn’t match the Booking.com photos. The yogurt came with canned fruit rather than fresh. I booked because the Booking.com listing said private parking was available. There are only six spaces for 150 rooms, one reserved for disabled parking and another used by the company car, so parking isn’t really available in practice. Street parking wasn’t too bad, but keep in mind it isn’t private or free.
