A big, comfortable bed and a spacious room made this a pleasant stay. There was a private kitchen with a kettle, microwave and cups, plus good air conditioning. The place has a nice atmosphere, with wood floors and doors, pictures on the walls, and a bathroom styled with wooden walls. It's not far from the centre or the railway station. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast was really good, though you have to walk two minutes to another hotel for it. The staff were kind and welcoming, and our room was clean, in good condition and just like the picture. It was quiet, too.

I saw reviews suggesting this used to be a nice hotel. From what I experienced, though, the pleasant people had left by early 2021, leaving the administration behind. There are now only very inadequate and intolerant people, including the person referred to as "The Businesswoman" and her spouse, whose behavior I found aggressive and despicable. If you have to deal with them, don't expect empathy, understanding or any customer focus. They put pressure on you with claims like "premises are in high demand" and try to rush you. They also tried to sell us equipment that wasn't there, saying we were getting a microwave for oven. Things may seem fine on the first day, but that lasts only until you sign the contract, so read it carefully. Shared equipment is often broken and can stay that way for months. They get lots of complaints, and seem to become even more furious about yours, then act out the way I've described. To me, they're bullies who are terrified of an equal confrontation. They have other weaknesses, too. They know nothing about the law, or even their own contracts. Somewhere there is a lawyer who is as neglected as their customers and, I suspect, would be replaced a number of times before anyone stood up for them. The same happened with their accountant and the tenants of the restaurant premises, who left in early 2021 after feeling robbed of their dignity. So if you end up there and feel your dignity is being abused, don't be afraid to stand up for every bit of your rights, even if you didn't see this beforehand.

The room was a good size, and I got bumped from a budget single to an apartment for free. The price was good, and breakfast was decent. But even with the heating turned all the way up, the room was really cold. The location wasn't great, either, and I could hear everything from the room next door.
