The common kitchen and chill-out area made it easy to meet people, and the atmosphere was nice. The location is great, right in the old town. Toilets and showers weren't disgusting, but they could be better, and the rooms can be a little noisy because they're not really insulated. It's a decent value for the money, though I've stayed in better places.

Good price and location, and the staff were very helpful. Just so you know, they don't speak Russian. The bed linen was really old and worn, and the blanket and pillow had stains. There were spider webs on the windows. With so many rooms and beds, there are only four showers and four toilets.

I liked the recommendations they gave me for things to do and places to eat. The decor was cool, and there was a great view of a nearby courtyard. I stayed three nights. The facilities were okay, though some things weren't working and they seemed to be trying to fix them. Not all the showers had hot water. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was a sauna and jacuzzi for an extra fee.

It was hard to get any sleep here, even after midnight. People were still running and shouting in the hallway, and with so little soundproofing, it carried straight into the room. There are no quiet hours. My room door wouldn't even close, and the reception was unattended most of the time, making it difficult to get help. The place could use more work on staying clean and organized.
