The room was cluttered, smelled bad, and didn't look like the photo on bookings.com. We could hear other people talking, and the door made noises when the wind blew and didn't work properly. Getting in was a problem too: our flight was delayed by 40 minutes, so we arrived 10 minutes after the 4PM-8PM check-in window. When I called, they said they couldn't let us in and told us to find somewhere else. After I asked calmly a few times, they agreed to let us enter for extra money. The host's communication and treatment were very crude. One of the worst apartments or hotels I've stayed in.

The building looked terrible from outside, and I wouldn't recommend this place. The rule that nobody under 32 is accepted is absurd. I was traveling with another person, and after I'd paid, I was told my mother could stay but I had to find somewhere else because I'm not 32 or older and would supposedly destroy the host's apartment. We weren't let in, so at 8 pm we had to scramble to find other accommodation. The host refused my refund request, and was rude and abusive on the phone. Communication was terrible. It's strange that this place is rated 8.9 on Booking but only 3.5 here, with so many one-star reviews.

Getting to the city center takes more than 30 minutes, and the location was very bad. The apartment was on a zero floor, almost underground, with old furniture and a tiny bathroom where everything was in poor condition. It smelled awful and was very cold, so I had to sleep in my clothes. When I asked the owner for another towel and a blanket, they said I'd have to pay. There was also a lot of noise from the street and other apartments. The owner wasn't kind at all.

We booked one night through booking.com for 22e, but when we arrived and called, the man on the phone was rude and wanted 42e. When we objected that our booking was for 22, he said the extra 20e was for translation. Scammers. translation
