Novotel Vilnius Centre

Caroline and Sam made the stay especially pleasant. They were friendly and helpful from check-in through check-out, always ready to lend a hand. Novotel Vilnius is also in a handy spot, close to Vilnius’s main sights, restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets, so it’s easy to get around on foot. My room was clean, roomy, comfortable, and had all the facilities I needed. I’d happily recommend the hotel for its location and service. Thanks to Caroline and Sam for their hospitality!

Breakfast was amazing, and the location was just as good. The hotel and staff were nice too. My room was pleasant, though I missed having slippers, personal amenities, and lotion. They did bring slippers when I asked. The gym felt old and could use a renovation, as it didn’t match the hotel’s look.

We were two families, four adults and five children aged 6 to 14, staying in three rooms for five days. The location worked well, close to the old town and good restaurants including Casa della Pasta and London Grill. Our rooms were on the ninth floor, looking over other rooftops, and watching the snow was lovely. The breakfast was satisfying, and the kids were delighted to watch the pancakes being made. On our departure day, the hotel thoughtfully prepared takeaway bags with a fruit sandwich and a drink. The TV in our room wasn’t working the first evening. Reception sent someone who couldn’t fix it, so a technician was arranged for the next morning. By the time we came back at noon, it had been repaired. Service at reception and in the dining room was excellent.

I’ve stayed at Novotel Vilnius Centre for a week, and I’m very happy with it. This wasn’t my first visit, I love this hotel. I got sick this time and had to change my plans, but the staff helped a lot by moving my reservation without an extra charge. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had a kettle as well as both a bath and shower. Shops and cafés are nearby, and the location is excellent. I highly recommend it.
