Park Inn by Radisson Vilnius Airport Hotel & Conference Centre Hotel

I was hosted as a VIP guest from Monday to Friday, but the stay fell short of what I expected. The espresso machine in my room had no capsules, so I couldn’t use it. When I asked reception, they said they’d make me coffee just once, which wasn’t acceptable for a VIP stay. The windows whistled in the wind and made the room less comfortable. Then, after our company dinner on the evening of 22 January, the front desk staff were very rude when we returned. We were happy and laughing after the event, which is normal, and nobody had acted aggressively or disrespectfully toward them. Still, an employee called security and told us to go straight to our rooms. It felt unnecessary and unprofessional. The experience was below average and didn’t meet the hotel’s expected standards. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve the guest experience.

Beds were comfortable, and the service was attentive and professional. It’s conveniently close to the airport, and the price was very low, maybe because of a sale, but certainly below the value of the service. A Bolt ride to the city center runs between 5 and 20 euros. Highly recommended.

We landed in Vilnius in the middle of the night after our flight was diverted, and needed a place for a few hours before leaving early the next morning. We found this hotel on Google Maps at a reasonable price and walked there to save time. At reception, though, the room cost 25% more. It felt like a way to get more money from people arriving at midnight with no other option but to accept whatever price they were quoted. So don’t book directly, use an agent for a much better price. The hotel itself was basic but clean and otherwise OK.

Breakfast was quite good, parking at the hotel wasn’t too expensive, and our family room was spacious. The room itself was generally okay. We thought there was a swimming pool, but unfortunately there wasn’t. The front desk staff were friendly and polite when we checked in on the first day. On the following days, they seemed to offer pleasantries only to guests who were checking in. Maybe that’s a cultural difference, or maybe I expected too much because I’m used to five-star hotels :). We had a great stay overall and will visit again.
