I needed somewhere clean and comfortable for one night during a quick trip to Vilnius, and this worked perfectly. It’s tidy and close to both the bus and train stations as well as the old town. Good for a short stay, though at this price I wouldn’t expect much comfort. Recommended.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean, though they could use some updating. It’s quiet and sits in the Old City, close to the main train and bus station. One problem was the central heating: it still wasn’t on, even though night temperatures were around 5 degrees at the end of September. I was also charged the city tax twice, once online and again at the hotel. If you pay online, call the hotel to make sure everything is covered.

The breakfast I received was just a sandwich, a muffin, water, and a tiny cappuccino from a vending machine. It looked nothing like the photos, which felt misleading. I picked this hotel because its breakfast seemed better than some other options, so I was really disappointed.

The person at the desk was nice, but breakfast was not what the photos showed. Instead, they handed out a lunch bag with no vegetarian option and a coin for a coffee machine that didn’t work. I asked for my money back and they refused.

The staff were wonderful, and the facilities were nice. Breakfast was okay, though it started rather early on weekends. The location is hard to beat, less than two minutes on foot from the center, and the stay was good value.
