The room was spacious and good, with cooking tools and utensils in the kitchen, so we didn't need to bring any. But the heaters weren't working, so if you stay in fall or winter, check that the room has a working one. We were there for around four days in Jurmala in a room for seven, and the owner didn't refill the toilet paper. The owners don't speak English, but that shouldn't mean our basic needs in the room aren't taken care of.

The location was okay, but the furniture was very old.

Even the fairly low price and good location couldn't make up for the mess. The furniture was worn, dishes were dirty and missing, the bedding smelled moldy and felt damp, the TV didn't work, and the rooms were cold. There was no door to the bedroom, and the door to the adjoining room was only bolted, with no soundproofing. The yard looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in maybe ten years. I've never seen such a setup: kitchen, bathroom, and toilet all in one space. I would never come back or recommend it to anyone. I haven't seen such squalor in a long time.

No words are needed. Everything was dirty and stank, the mattresses were stained, the doors hung crooked and wouldn't shut, and everything creaked. Better to rough it on the beach than stay in a barn like this. 🤢

The place was very unclean, the beds were bad, and the dishes were mismatched. There were only four cups for coffee or tea in a room for eight people. The shower stall seemed made for dwarfs, and the water wouldn't drain. The price doesn't match what you get. I wouldn't advise renting it.
