I lost all three paid bookings and got no support. I’d booked the same address through Klook for three nights in three separate reservations, but the owner never got in touch when I arrived. The listed phone number didn’t work, and nobody answered my calls, WhatsApp messages, or emails. I spent three days trying to reach someone, with no directions, signs, or help at all. The company I called using the number on the booking refused to help or refund me, saying it wasn’t their responsibility. I’m attaching screenshots as proof so people can see how this works. It’s unbelievable: no responsibility, support, or respect for customers.

The location is very good, practically right in the city center, and there’s parking in the yard. It’s an apartment with a kitchen for preparing meals, a large fridge with a freezer section, good mattresses, and extra pillows. There’s also a fireplace in the room, with a terrace and barbecue area outside the window where you can smoke. I couldn’t get the TV to work, unfortunately.

Individual check-in went smoothly, and having a closed area with parking was a plus. The apartments are interesting and not far from the old town, though they’re due for renovation, especially the bathroom, where there’s visible mold in places. It was generally clean, but with some issues. There’s a washing machine and clothes dryer in the shared area. The terrace has a barbecue too, though it looks neglected and isn’t very clean.

Communication with the host was excellent, and we absolutely loved the apartment. It’s tastefully decorated and fully renovated, on the ground floor of a building. The large bedroom has a fireplace and a huge, really comfortable bed. There’s also a spacious kitchen with everything equipped, plus indoor parking accessed through a sort of garage door, like the building entrance. Ten out of ten!
