The host stayed up until almost midnight for my late flight, even though reception hours are 9 to 18. You do need to tell the hotel your arrival time ahead of time. The location is convenient, but for a quieter stay choose a window facing away from the river. The highway between the hotel and river makes the nights very noisy, with constant roaring, and heavy trucks can make the bed shake. After an active day, I came back to the apartment on my last evening and found a heater in my room. I was told their heating system had broken and they brought it to warm me up. It was good that the hosts responded quickly, but I was a little scared I might freeze before morning.

The portions are huge and the food feels like a miracle for such a low price. Breakfast was great too, and the staff were amazing. Really great place! :-)

It's cheap and the staff are friendly. But the location, the facilities and the 5 euro breakfast all leave a LOT to be desired.

Traffic noise outside gets pretty loud. When a heavy machine passes, the wall starts shaking.
