The parking lot setting looked a little questionable at first, but it turned out to be safe. The place is simple, with clean rooms, warm water, and a shared kitchen in the hall. The decor isn’t anything fancy, and there’s no one at reception after 6 pm or on weekends. It’s a good-value stay in Riga, though the city center is a bit away, about 20 minutes by bus 11T.

Great spot for concerts at Xiaomi Arena, and the parking is free. The mattress was oddly hard and bouncy.

Good place to stay for a good price. I was in a Studio and had the basic things I needed for cooking. Grocery stores are very close, and there are lots of company offices nearby. The staff were nice too.

The staff helped me sort out all my travel problems, and I liked being able to make breakfast in the kitchen whenever I wanted. There was no minibar in the room, and the hotel doesn’t offer food.

Breakfast was included and you make it yourself. The room was clean and quiet, with a TV and shower, plus free Wi-Fi and parking. The price felt fair for what you get. They can provide extra heating equipment if you ask, and the staff were friendly.
