Just OK, which fits the name. The room shares a key, so the last person out has to leave it at reception. The main doors close around 11:30-12pm, and reception isn't staffed then, so you need to ask for a key to get back in.

The staff were really nice, though the hall got loud whenever people walked by. I slept OK sharing the room with two strangers. A towel wasn't included, and I misunderstood because there was one in the shared bedroom that someone had paid for. I ended up paying reception for another towel, which I hadn't been told about when booking. Breakfast had limited food choices and felt a bit expensive.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and free parking was a nice extra. I booked the cheapest dorm option and got a small room with a bunk bed for two, which gave me some privacy. The place wasn't especially clean, but the bathroom was about 4/5 clean.

It was mostly quiet and peaceful, and I enjoyed spending a week at Hotel OK after not visiting Latvia for 18 years. The room was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and the smaller hotel had a bit of European charm. Staff were helpful around the clock. There's a restaurant attached, so if you miss breakfast, served from 7:40AM - 10:40 AM, you don't have to go far to get food. The location was handy too. A bus stop serves Old Riga and other parts of Riga, and relatives could easily pick me up or drop me off thanks to the small parking lot at the back.

The receptionist was good, and the room was nice. Mine was a hostel-style room, basically a regular room with three single beds. There's a tram nearby for trips to and from the airport. Sharing just one room key between three people seemed odd, and there was nowhere to lock up my things privately.
