Pullman Riga Old Town Hotel

The spa and pool were fantastic, and breakfast was great too. The staff were professional and helped us with everything, including a quick early check-in. The hotel is right in the heart of Riga’s old town, in a beautifully renovated building with a bright, vibrant design. I was very grateful for the stay and would happily recommend it.

We didn't take breakfast at the hotel, since we wanted to try different cafés around Riga each morning. The seventh-floor pool and sauna were a nice way to relax after sightseeing. Our week at the Pullman Old Town Riga was very pleasant. It's in the historic government and parliament district, a handy starting point for exploring the Old Town. Taxis can't always pull up right outside because of the location, though it's only a short walk. We had a Superior Double Room on the sixth floor at the end of the corridor. It was comfortable and nicely furnished, but smaller than we'd expected for that category. Housekeeping kept it spotless, and we appreciated getting two free bottles of water each day. The bathroom setup was the one inconvenience. The sink and shower are separate from the toilet, which is in a quite small, cramped compartment. We felt comfortable during our stay and would recommend the hotel for its excellent location and clean, well-maintained rooms.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a great range of choices and some traditional dishes that made mornings feel special. The staff were courteous and helpful all through my stay, always ready with a smile, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore the city. My room at Pullman Riga Hotel was spacious and felt fresh, as if it had been newly renovated. It made for a very comfortable stay, and I'd definitely consider coming back.

Since the 2025 renovation, the hotel feels even warmer than before. It's my favourite place to stay in Riga, with a great location and really comfortable rooms. You can walk everywhere, whether you're here for business or a holiday. Breakfast is great, and you can order extra items alongside the already good buffet. I do wish the buffet had smoked salmon and cream cheese, since I love both and neither was there :)))
