I stayed at Rezidence Pērnavas 41 for seven months and found it peaceful and very quiet. The apartment is elegant, thoughtfully designed, and had everything I needed for comfortable living. It was kept exceptionally clean, and I especially appreciated the weekly cleaning.

The WiFi was a letdown 😔

I was a tenant from 11.2024 til 07.2025, and this was a very bad experience. The apartment was left clean and intact while under your care, so where is my deposit? The landlord promised that his accountant had been contacted to return it after the contract ended, but I still haven’t received it, even now in 2026. I kept screenshots of those unreliable messages, the contract, and proof of every monthly payment in case this leads to legal action. The weekly cleaning service was unprofessional and staff even went through personal belongings. I’m shocked that international students are being treated this way on the assumption we won’t return to Riga to make a police statement or attend court.
