The receptionist was a friendly, helpful, lovely woman, and the service was really good. The mattress was comfortable, but the room was cold at night. With no night curtains I couldn't sleep until it got light, and the blanket smelled like dirty socks. Such a shame. Maybe they should wash them more often to get rid of the smell.

Everyone from reception to housekeeping made me feel comfortable and welcome. They were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. I really appreciated how willing they were to go the extra mile. Their care made the stay memorable, thank you!

Truck engines starting near my windows were the worst part. Sometimes they were so loud I couldn't hear the TV. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel seems suited mainly to people taking courses at the nearby Novikontas building. There's no breakfast provided and no fridge in the rooms. The nearby Novikontas cafeteria is the only breakfast option. I found the selection disappointing, just 3 meat pancakes and a few egg choices. I was told there aren't many breakfast customers, which is why there's so little choice. The service there reminded me of the Soviet Union era: it didn't feel customer-oriented, and it seemed customers had to behave correctly to get good service. Parking at the hotel costs extra. The towel heater and mirror lights also weren't working. Next time, if needed, I may look for another place within walking distance of Novikontas.

For 80 euros, I expected more comfort. The room had very little of it. The TV worked poorly, and with only 9 channels, the internet and cable kept cutting out. When I went to wash my hands, red water came out. It looked like blood, and I was alarmed at first. I understand there may have been some kind of repair going on, but they should have warned guests. The towels turned red when I used them after a shower, which was unpleasant, and I still don't know if it might have caused an allergy. I wish reception had said something about the water. The view from the window wasn't pleasant either: an abandoned, dismantled building and a dirty, uncleaned channel. When bowling was happening downstairs, I could constantly hear the balls from my room. Breakfast was poor too, perhaps because I came at 11:00, but when I arrived there was almost nothing left. I think there should be enough food for people who come to eat. The girls at reception were cool, and I want to thank them separately. None of what was going on at the hotel was their fault. I've attached lots of photos so you can judge for yourself whether it's worth 80 euros. I don't mind spending money, but I expect quality and comfort. I didn't get any comfort at this hotel. I really didn't like it, despite all the pretty pictures. Thanks for that, I suppose.
