Wicked Weasel Hostel

We liked the atmosphere as soon as Liva, the manager, gave us such a warm welcome after our short walk from the bus terminal. We’d planned to stay two nights, then extended to three. The hostel is clean, thoughtfully designed, and has everything you need. Liva also shared lots of useful tips and things to do in Riga. Our private double was spacious, with a massive bed, and the bathrooms had luxurious rain shower heads. A fantastic hostel for a visit to Riga!

We’d stay here again if we came back to Riga. The private double room had a big, comfortable bed, and the place was clean. There were plenty of tidy showers and bathrooms. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and free coffee and tea were available at reception, with real milk too. The other guests seemed more mature and calm. Only downside, there’s no breakfast, though there are plenty of options nearby.

The hostel was very clean, the staff were nice, and the location worked well for catching an early bus. There’s no lift, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The bar downstairs also gets quite loud until late.

We only got to stay one night, though we would’ve loved to stay longer. It’s very central for both the airport and the old town, and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The hostel is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and has a lovely atmosphere. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back.
