We had breakfast every morning with a beautiful view, and Joaquin was so accommodating. It’s a perfect location if you rent a car to get around. I’d definitely stay here again!

The manager, a guy from Spain, was super kind and welcoming, and willing to offer a deal. I didn’t stay because 100 bucks a night was too expensive for me, but the place looked clean and well designed, with a really nice view. It seems great for relaxing. You can walk to the beach, and photographers might enjoy the amazing landscape of "Les pinion de husseima" not too far from the city.

We loved the place and wanted to experience its magic. It has clean rooms, good reviews, and a wonderful view looking out toward an island. But we weren’t able to make a reservation, even on our second attempt. The first time we contacted them, it took a day and a half to get a reply. Maybe they were busy and fully booked, but I wish the customer service were better.

The owner and his wife were very professional, clearly cared about their work, and tried to make the best of what the place could offer. Breakfast was good. Still, the quadruple family apartment didn’t justify the price: the bedroom was small, there was no hot water or air conditioning, and the night was hot. It was far from facilities and very noisy at night because of an open nightclub on the beach until 3 am. Getting down from the top of the hill to the beach was dangerous, along a path with snakes and scorpions. We’d agreed on 2000MAD per night for four nights, but given those conditions we couldn’t stay more than one night. The owner required us to pay the full 2700Dh, sticking to the normal rate, which was very expensive for the service offered. I don’t recommend this guesthouse for families.
