The decor and colors give the place the feel of an authentic Moroccan masterpiece, and the peaceful atmosphere adds to it. Bliss Terra Janna in Marrakech has high-quality facilities and a design inspired by Moroccan style. Service was professional, with real care given to the details. A lovely choice if you’re looking for comfort and an authentic stay. Highly recommended.

Terra Janna was a beautiful place to spend five days last week. It sits in the heart of the Palmeraie, with a peaceful, relaxing feel. The decor is lovely, and the atmosphere is warm and refined. The staff were kind, professional, and attentive throughout, and the transfers were very well organized. I’d happily come back, and I highly recommend it as a place to stay in Marrakech.

We booked two nights on the property’s official website and got a confirmation email, but after an eight-hour drive we arrived to find they had no record of our reservation and no room for us. Reception made us feel unwelcome at first. They processed a refund, but left us without accommodation on the outskirts of Marrakesh at 7pm on a Saturday. We’d chosen this hotel after weighing up many options, and by then our preferred alternatives were sold out. The property was also hard to find, with no visible sign from the main road. A huge disappointment.

The staff were great, and everyone was very friendly, especially Hicham and the reception team. There was a problem with the liquor license while we were there, but it got sorted out. It’s a modern hotel with the amenities you’d need.
