Hapimag Resort Marrakesh

The resort grounds are nicely decorated and well kept, with a clean pool, easy parking, and convenient shuttles and services. It felt relaxing. I booked two rooms, both with lovely details and comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were clean with good water pressure. Still, I’m not sure the price is worth it. For what we paid, I expected better finishing touches. We found seven cockroaches between the two rooms, the complimentary hand soap was just dish soap, and breakfast was underwhelming. The BBQ dinner we chose came with dry, overcooked meat.

The restaurant food was better than what we found at most restaurants, and we were very happy eating there in the mornings and evenings. The staff paid close attention to what we needed. When I had a sore throat, they went out of their way to get me honey tea, which helped me every morning. We had an awesome stay at the Hapimag just outside Marrakech. You can’t walk into town from there, but the shuttle is very convenient and gives you the mobility you need.

The rooms are beautiful, the food is great, and the staff are the kindest and friendliest I’ve experienced. I felt at home as soon as I arrived. We had the best family holiday at Hapimag Resort Marrakech, and the team did everything to make it memorable. Big thanks to everyone, we’ll definitely be back!

It’s a lovely, quiet little holiday compound outside the busy city, and a great place to relax for a few days. The shuttle into downtown is easy to use when you’re ready to explore. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always willing to help. These days, where else do you find a gardener dropping his tools to help carry a suitcase? My only complaint is the background music in the restaurant sometimes. Whoever picks it seems very fond of fast techno. The staff are enthusiastic and fantastic all around. Highly recommended.
