Appartement Assilah marina golf

Our apartment was quite clean and right beside the pool, which worked out perfectly. It’s a gated community with pools and a water park. I recommend it if you’re in Assilah.

The pools were dirty, the parks and shared spaces weren't hygienic, there was constant noise, and the clean water kept getting interrupted. This place is overrated, just run! We also had a very unpleasant stay after finding another apartment through a third party. I’d booked a three-bedroom place for my elderly parents and younger siblings, but when I called at the very last minute to confirm, the rental manager, Kaoutar, said in a condescending way that it was unavailable for an indefinite period. That left me stranded with elderly people and young children and nowhere to stay. She hung up on me three times, and insulted me during the last call. Her handling of the situation was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

The location was far and inconvenient, with almost nothing available inside the resort. There were very few games and activities for children, they weren't suitable, and the staff running them were unprofessional. They even switched off the children's slide while kids were still on it, which was extremely unsafe. The staff were disrespectful, and when we complained, the manager took no action and just said, 'Do whatever you want.' Traveling with young children made this especially disappointing. It was a terrible experience, and I don't recommend Asilah Marina Golf at all.

After the pools closed at 18:30, they shut off all the water each time, so we couldn't shower or use the bathrooms after swimming until who knows when. The service was also awful when I tried to complain about the 500dh they kept per apartment for some cheap bracelets. We recently came to Marina Golf with my family, and it was one of the worst experiences ever. I don't recommend it at all. I want my money back because their bad service ruined the holiday I had planned to relax on and left me more stressed.
