Riad Marrakech Doors

The main square is only a three-minute walk away, with plenty of food and shopping nearby, and most major sights are within a 15-minute walk. Even getting through the souks with Google Maps and a pram was easy. The Riad sits on a quiet side street just off the main souk, so inside it’s wonderfully peaceful, away from the noise and bustle. Hisham, the owner, welcomed us like family, and his service was unmatched. Breakfast was cooked beautifully by the warm, friendly woman in the kitchen. Mohsin was the person we dealt with most; his constant smile and helpfulness made everything easy. The staff’s personal touches and attention to detail were lovely. I came with my family and none of us had a complaint. After reading the glowing reviews beforehand, it was easy to see why it gets five stars. I’d absolutely stay here again if I return to Marrakech. There’s nothing I’d change.

The owner and team took care of our every request, from room service and breakfast to coffee. The owner even made me a special tea to soothe my sore throat and lost voice after a night out in Marrakech. The service was five-star, and the accommodation outstanding, right in the heart of the city center. There are five rooms, each named for one of the city’s gates or “doors.” We stayed in the executive suite, “Bab Agnaou,” with a balcony where we enjoyed coffee and the great view. I recommend this room if it’s available. We can’t wait to return.

The hosts, especially Hicham, were lovely and welcoming, and the service was exceptional. Everything was fragrant and clean, with care given to every detail. The location of the Marrakech Doors riad is wonderful: right in the heart of the Medina and ideal for getting around the city on foot. It balances Arab tradition with modern comfort. Breakfast was top-notch and all homemade. Our holiday here was exceptional, 10/10. We’ll be back!

The food was so tasty, and I’d happily come back soon. The guesthouse is gorgeous, full of beautiful colors and feels really luxurious. If you want somewhere lovely right in the heart of the Medina, this is the place.
