The only redeeming part was the friendly, helpful staff. On the first night, my room at the back faced the open plaza, where loud nightclub music kept me awake until 3 am. Staff moved me over the check-in counter at the front, but that room had no working heat. The little portable space heater from the front desk was far too small, and I froze all night. It also smelled so strongly of raw sewage that it made me gag. I decided to leave Marrakech a day early and changed my flight, then asked for a refund for the unused third night. They refused at first. The front desk eventually said they would refund half the stay to my card if I didn't leave a poor review, but several days after getting home I still see no credit pending. I checked out early after a horrible stay. Too many problems with noise, the smell, broken heaters, and a promise that wasn't kept.

The greenery and plants throughout Riadh soir de Marrakech gave it such a calm, refreshing feel, and the suites were spotless and beautifully decorated, with lots of attention to detail. My husband, our four children, and I stayed three nights in two suites and had a wonderful time. The staff made us feel at home with their warm, friendly welcome. I also had one of the best massages I've ever had. A lovely place I'd happily recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech.

As a tour operator, we have brought guests to Le Riad Soir de Marrakech many times, and each visit has been a consistently positive experience for them and for us as partners. Its traditional architecture, warm colors, and tasteful decor make the riad feel inviting and distinctly Moroccan. Rooms are spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully arranged for comfort and privacy. Guests can relax in the peaceful courtyard or on the rooftop terrace with wide city views after exploring. The calm setting is still within easy reach of the lively medina and cultural landmarks. Breakfasts are fresh, generous, beautifully presented, and often include local products that give our guests a taste of Morocco. The gentleman at reception deserves special thanks: his kind, professional manner, helpful advice, and care with even small requests leave a lasting impression. He treats each guest with respect and personal attention, showing the spirit of Moroccan hospitality. We value our relationship with Le Riad Soir de Marrakech and feel confident our guests will receive comfort, high standards, and service that surpasses expectations. We recommend it wholeheartedly and look forward to many more years of working together.

Bashir gave us a map and useful tips for finding our way around the city, and everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful. My sister and I tried the spa service and thought it was fabulous. The place is beautiful, and my partner and I enjoyed our stay enough to add two more nights at the Riad de soir Marrakech.
