Hôtel La Luna

From our fourth-floor room, we had a beautiful mountain view. It was nice and reasonably clean, and the staff stayed professional, attentive, and helpful throughout our one-night visit. Parking and on-site security made access easy. The only drawback was a noisy AC fan, probably a maintenance issue.

If my company hadn’t booked this hotel for me, I wouldn’t have stayed even one night. The rooms aren’t clean enough, and they don’t double-check for dirt. The Wi-Fi is terribly slow and doesn’t work properly, so in 2025 it feels like the hotel has no internet at all. At this price, I’d recommend other hotels that offer better service.

The breakfast was bad, the internet painfully slow, and reception terrible. It’s almost 2026, but the connection felt like it was from the early 2000s. The elevator wasn’t working, with no sign that anyone was fixing it. Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. I’d advise travelers not to book here.

The restaurant food was cold and awful, honestly some of the worst food in Marocco. The hotel was absolutely terrible too. Our room door wouldn’t close, and staff said they couldn’t do anything about it, so we slept all night with the door unlocked. I regret that I can’t give this place zero stars.
