The exterior looks promising and the location is good, about 400 meters from the tram. But the hotel is still being built and isn't open yet. I visited in person after calling from outside Morocco and getting vague, contradictory answers about availability. I'm giving it one star because the current listing doesn't clearly disclose the status. Management should say plainly that it's not open, provide an expected opening or soft-launch timeline, and make sure staff give accurate information. I might consider staying once it officially opens, if it meets Eurostars standards.
