The location made everything we needed close by, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. The staff were so kind and helpful throughout our stay, making the trip easy for us. After checkout, they kept our luggage until our flight and helped arrange a taxi to the airport. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed staying here. The rooms have modern touches, and the hotel is right in the city center. Service was very good, with friendly and hospitable staff. One especially thoughtful gesture was filling my thermos with coffee. Thank you!

The gym is very small, with barely enough room for two or three people, and it had no water, towels, or information. The sink water turned brown several times. Rooms are also surprisingly cramped, especially if you’re sharing, and there’s no desk, so working there is difficult. Outside noise comes through the windows, including cars, which could be a problem for light sleepers. This four-star hotel fell short for me. They need to improve if they want to live up to that rating.

The rooftop bar had a lovely view and was technically open, but there was never anyone working there. We brought our own drinks and snacks up, and staff didn’t seem to mind. The hotel felt unusually quiet, since we mostly saw employees and almost no other guests. Only one elevator worked properly, and the other wasn’t marked as broken. The first time we tried it, all the lights went out after we pressed a button, which was alarming. For getting around, the location was convenient. We could walk to the Hassan II Mosque, though the museum entrance is the only public access point. Taxis made the rest of Casablanca easy to reach, and we were surprised by how straightforward the drivers were compared with elsewhere in Morocco. They almost always used the meter without fuss. Even on a busy road, traffic noise never came through the excellent soundproofing, and it was easy to hail a taxi at any hour. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with toiletries we liked. The small gym was a nice extra, although equipment options were limited. There had been a booking mix-up when we arrived, but staff handled it graciously and moved us to a larger room with a better view. We skipped breakfast because €15 per person seemed expensive next to nearby cafés and bakeries. It was a comfortable, convenient base for our stay, and probably suits business travelers best, but it worked well for us too.
