Breakfast was good, and the reception team and room staff were really nice and hardworking. The rooms were clean, though the hotel was a bit pricey and car horns outside made a lot of noise. They should do something about that. Most staff were good, but Ahmad, I think that was his name, didn’t pay attention to what customers needed or listen to what they said. He seemed to do what he wanted. Thanks to the rest of the team.

Hayat from housekeeping kept my room in excellent shape, cleaning it carefully and thoroughly. That made the stay more comfortable. The reception team also made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. Their hospitality and service were impeccable. Thanks to everyone for making the visit so enjoyable.

The staff gave me five star treatment, and the hotel was clean and fine, with great Wi-Fi and useful amenities close by. Ihklass, Mohamed from security, and Acharki, the night auditor, deserve special thanks for stepping in when a taxi driver tried to overcharge me. I’d recommend staying here if you’re visiting Casablanca’s business district.

The team helped me sort out taxi problems and found me good restaurants, a barber, and plenty of other things around the city. Thanks for all the help during my trip from Thursday 29 May to 1 June.

Kawtar was especially kind and cheerfully helped me out. The staff in general were welcoming and ready to help with whatever I needed during the stay. The hotel was built recently, so the furniture feels fairly new and clean. It’s the best hotel in the district, near residential areas. Breakfast was a delicious Moroccan spread, and as far as I know there isn’t a better one nearby, so don’t miss it if you get the chance.
