StayHere Casablanca - Maarif Lifestyle Suites

The bed was so comfortable that I turned a one-night booking into four nights. My room was cozy and spotless, with a great bathroom and a really well-equipped kitchen. Stay Here is in Maarif, one of Casablanca’s nicest neighborhoods, and the staff were especially welcoming and helpful. Aymen and Omar were both lovely. I’ll be back! 😊🙏🏼⭐️💙✨

The staff did try to find a fix whenever we reported something broken, so credit to the crew for that. The apartment itself was a mess, though, and I’ve never seen a hotel this dysfunctional while putting so much effort into marketing. It felt like the place was run by marketers. Kudos to that marketing team, at least. Our first room had appliances that didn’t work, loose switch covers, and the feel of an abandoned TV set. After we waited twenty minutes for a repair, we were told we’d be moved to another room. That was a relief, especially since the same person had said at check-in that every room was booked that night. The second room looked better at first, but that didn’t last. The power went out when we used the stove and washing machine together. There were no bedroom bulbs, and the kitchen tap was barely attached with no water running. With things this far gone, I’m not sure a bucket could bail out the ship. Two stars for the crew.

Ayman, the manager, made a real difference to our visit. He was professional and welcoming, and took care to make sure everything went smoothly. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.

The location made it easy to get everywhere, and the beds were really comfortable. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were excellent and very friendly. Just perfect, thank you!
