The location is superb, but we left after one day of a two day booking and were still made to pay the full price. Construction was going on throughout the hotel, with loud noise during the day. Our room was next to the kitchen, and the racket there woke us before breakfast started. When we said noise was the main reason we were leaving, staff didn’t acknowledge it. They spoke neither English nor French. The bathroom is a toilet and shower in the same enclosed space, so you’ll need flipflops to use the toilet after someone showers. There was also an outlet coming out of the wall with exposed wires, which felt like a safety hazard, and the shower wasn’t properly mounted. It was dangling on the ground. WiFi was available but didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially with better nearby places at the same price.

The location was honestly great, the room was fine, and the rooftop was great too. But the host’s behavior made this the most uncomfortable and unprofessional situation I’ve experienced. He was very personal and friendly with us at first. After a few days, he started harassing us because he felt left out of our time together. It was strange, and we were initially confused, but then realized he was serious. He followed us around, became rude, and called us “kings and queens” because we were guests. When we said we’d report him to his boss, he threatened to kick us out even though we’d already paid, if we called. I usually don’t write bad reviews, even after a poor experience, but I had to say something. Please be careful with the staff when you arrive. If they’re too friendly, watch out.

Don't stay here. The owner seems to want the money from Booking.com reservations without following up with service. The rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and not worth the price. The entrance was covered in cat pee and poop, and nobody cleaned it. We had to wake the manager to get breakfast, and all he served was one egg and some bread. He collects payment for the owner, then spends the day on the couch watching videos on his phone. Don't stay here!
