The bed was comfortable, but getting hot water meant turning on the shower an hour ahead. The breakfast room was left unattended for two days, with no staff around and no breakfast. When I went to report the water problem, I couldn't find the receptionist for over 30 minutes.

When the hotel doesn't have many guests, there's no hot water. Hassan at the counter, though, was wonderful. Thank you.

The breakfast isn't what you'd expect from a three-star hotel, and the hot water in the rooms is a recurring problem. Not a good hotel at all.

I didn't like the place. It's expensive, and there was no hot water.

The local hospitality made a real impression, and the place was clean and welcoming.
