The staff were the best part of our stay at Riad Jnan El Cadi. They made us feel at home, gave us restaurant and sightseeing suggestions, and helped with every request. The included breakfast was amazing as well. The rooms were nicely decorated and the accommodation itself is beautiful, with the souks only a few minutes away. We had a great stay and will definitely come back.

The airport taxi service was perfect in both directions. Our driver was waiting at the exact spot they'd shared with us the day before, so arrival was easy, and both rides included some information about the city and its surroundings. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower and toilet worked perfectly, and the accommodation provided everything we needed. It's a beautiful Riad, close to everything, and the staff made us feel very welcome and looked after us as much as they could. Thanks for making our stay memorable. I really recommend this place and the service from the people who work here.

The staff were the highlight, always kind and attentive, ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, the facilities well maintained and the atmosphere relaxing. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Marrakech, and their warm hospitality made my vacation unforgettable. A quiet courtyard and rooftop terrace made a lovely place to unwind after exploring Marrakech. Riad Jnan El Cadi is a peaceful retreat in the middle of the Medina, with a beautifully maintained interior that pairs Moroccan character with modern comfort. The staff were outstanding, welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with genuine care. A wonderful stay from beginning to end.

The food was great, and the tea was tasty and well made. Breakfast each morning was fresh, homemade and varied. Riad Jnan el Cadi is a lovely place for a real taste of Marrakech. Medi and Abdu looked after us kindly throughout our three-night stay, and a bag service carried our luggage to the riad. It's tucked away and takes some walking to find, but worth it. Whenever we needed something, they did their best to help and never made us feel like a burden. Thanks to Medi, Abdu and the rest of the excellent team.
