Le Meridien N'fis

The pool and garden were spacious, beautifully kept, and pleasant to spend time in. We saw staff tending them every day. Before arriving, we were a little concerned by reviews about construction noise, but it barely bothered us. The front desk team, especially Asma and Youssef, were so kind and helpful despite our limited English. Abdul at the restaurant was always smiling and warmly hospitable, which made the stay even more special. Breakfast was wonderful too. We loved the omelets and looked forward each morning to the traditional Moroccan bread, stretched and freshly baked. If we get the chance to visit Morocco again, we’d love to stay here.

The room was clean and beautiful, and the staff were very helpful. Nearby construction was noisy, so we asked to move rooms and it was no trouble at all. Thanks especially to Asma, Abdulilah, Yousef, and Emad. We really appreciated the late checkout, and the complimentary birthday cake was a lovely gesture.

This was our first trip to Morocco, and I’m glad my family and I stayed here. I’d read some negative reviews and was hesitant, but we didn’t run into any of those problems. Everyone on staff was kind throughout our trip. The doormen were courteous, cheerful, and well dressed 🫡. There were plenty of dining options across the street at the mall, and the front desk and other staff gave us great recommendations. Thank you so much.

We had a lovely time and I’m not sure why people are so negative. Our rooms were spacious, and our Marriott status got us an upgrade to a suite. Everyone was hospitable. There is construction, but it doesn’t happen at night, and we were usually out doing daytime activities while work was going on. They’re renovating, and it was totally fine.
