We were glad to give up the non-refundable 450 DH for the night and move to a much cleaner hotel. The room we paid for was disgusting, with a powerful chemical stink that seemed to be from cockroach treatment, old furniture, dark rooms, and no air circulation. The location felt awful and scary, and there was no security after about 1am. I can't understand how this place is even rated. A huge disappointment, one of the worst so-called hotels I've ever stayed in.

We left the following day and felt relieved to find somewhere better. I wasn't expecting luxury from a place that isn't five-star, only the basics, but even those weren't there. The room had a heavy musty odor, as if it hadn't been aired out in ages. Opening it up didn't help, and the smell gave us headaches. The entrance door only opened halfway, the bedroom door stuck, and the toilet leaked every time it was flushed. The room clearly needs maintenance.
