Marie and Jean-Pierre were exceptionally lovely hosts. The accommodation, beautiful garden, and breakfast were all outstanding. Wishing them both the best, and I'd be delighted to see them again someday :)

Thank you to Marie-Chantal and Jean-Pierre for such a warm welcome. The place is splendid, with very large, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. Everything was perfect, and we appreciated their kindness. It's 8 km from the centre. Just one small suggestion: it would be better if the housekeeper came a little later.

The only drawback is the dirt road you have to take to reach this beautiful riad, so it's a good choice for people with a car. Jean Pierre and Marie manage it kindly, and the rooms have a typical Moroccan feel. Breakfast was excellent, with jams and pastries made by Marie.

Marie and Jean-Pierre made our stay feel special from start to finish. They went above and beyond whenever we had questions or problems, and Marie helped make our friend's birthday even more special. I was honestly sad to leave them. Even if the property and location hadn't been as good as they were, I think the hosts alone would have made our trip. The property is stunning, beautifully kept, and has a gorgeous garden, swimming pool, and seating area. We loved having our own roof terrace and breakfast area, separate from the main house. Breakfast was delicious and tailored to us, with little additions each day. The rental is a 10-15 minute drive from Essaouira, a great town that I found more quaint and less intense than Marrakech, and 10-15 minutes from Sidi Kouki, a fantastic surf spot with an authentic Moroccan feel.
