Naima was lovely, and the apartment was beautiful, quiet, and really clean. We found everything we needed there. The neighborhood is near the center, and we’ll definitely stay again next time 😁

I’ve stayed here three times, and it really feels like my home in Essaouira. Naima is incredibly welcoming and helpful, more like family or a friend than a host. The apartment is immaculately clean and smells fresh. It’s spacious enough for a family of four, with a well-equipped kitchen, cooking facilities, utensils, and dishes. There are plenty of extra blankets and towels. Evenings can get a bit chilly. When I mentioned that to Naima during my first two stays with my disabled uncle, she brought over a gas heater for free within an hour. She’ll find out anything she doesn’t know and get back to you. The walled city is a ten-minute walk away, and the beach is another five minutes on foot. Every Saturday there’s a farmers market right outside, with lots of fresh produce at unbelievably low prices. The locals are friendly and like chatting with visitors. There’s a bakery across from the apartment, where I went every morning for fresh oven-bottom bread and baguettes. The smell is tempting, and the bread is lovely with homemade jam or marmalade, both available locally at reasonable prices. Asswak Assalam supermarket is about a ten-minute walk away, and Naima can point you in the right direction. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Essaouira.

The apartment was comfortable and beautiful. The medina is a 20-minute walk away.

Naima was charming and helpful, and we had a wonderful stay at her apartment. It’s close to the center.
