The breakfast was a real delight, with delicious, varied dishes and excellent organization. Special thanks to Ms. Ilham for her warm welcome, attentive care, and professional, kind manner. I’m very grateful for the experience and wish the hotel continued success and excellence.

When my wife hurt her back during our stay, the staff went above and beyond to help us through a difficult situation. I don’t know what we would’ve done without their care, and we’ll always be grateful. A special thank you to Salma, who went across the street with her colleague to find us a doctor, and helped us get access to a hospital. The rooms were comfortable and well put together, and the whole staff were helpful from beginning to end. If you want to stay outside the Medina, this is a great choice.

The hotel area felt safe, and it’s just a few minutes’ walk from the Borj Fes shopping mall, restaurants, and shops. We had a comfortable stay and would definitely come back. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool area was nice, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good, though restaurant service was a little slow. A special thank you to Salma from guest experience, who gave us personal attention throughout our stay and arranged tours and a spa experience for us. Thank you as well to manager Akram. Keep in mind that, as in some other hotels, the air conditioning is switched off in winter and only heating is available. If you get hot, you have to open the large room window. I’d highly recommend staying here in Fes.

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff were the best part of my stay, and the location is convenient, right on one of Fez’s main streets beside a mall and about a five-minute drive from the Old Medina. The breakfast buffet was also quite good, with plenty of different foods to choose from. But what you get doesn’t match what you pay. The rooms are old and clearly need maintenance, renovation, and modern upgrades, and most of the amenities feel outdated. Parking costs extra even though the room price is already high. I only received water once during my stay, since the rooms aren’t restocked daily. The staff and location saved the experience for me. Without their helpful service, my stay would have been very disappointing. The price doesn’t feel justified, and the hotel would benefit from renovation and better guest amenities.
