I was the only guest, so they let me pick a room, and the one on the top floor was the best. The rooms are decorated beautifully, and there’s a lovely view from the roof patio. Breakfast in the courtyard was good. The staff were helpful and would walk with me to restaurants around Fez. They can also cook a very good evening meal if you give 24 hours notice. A great place to stay in central Fez.

Dar Finn is a lovely restored guest house, and the staff were helpful. I stayed six nights, but when it came time to pay, they expected MAD instead of EUROS and used an exchange rate set by Dar Finn. All the quotes had been in EUROS, and I checked our messages but couldn’t find any mention of the change. I ended up paying substantially more than I expected.

Fatine, the hostess, is such a kind, friendly, helpful gem. I highly recommend having them cook dinner for you. It was much better than the places TripAdvisor recommended.
