Khadija at the front desk greeted me with a big smile and was friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived. I first booked a single-bed room for one night, liked it so much that I extended my stay, and when that room wasn't available for the extra nights, she smoothly arranged another one. I was even able to check in earlier than usual. It's a small hotel, but the attention to detail was great. Everything was very clean, the room had all the essentials from toiletries to a smart TV, and it was quiet enough that outside noise didn't come through. There's a cozy café/restaurante for breakfast or just coffee or tea. The location is convenient near the old medina, and it felt safe to be out in the evening.

Good morning, and thanks so much for everything. We had a great time and would gladly come back if we get the chance. Sending a hug to the staff, the girls at reception, and our friend hamzan. You were one of a kind!

The team was amazing and did everything they could to grant our wishes. Best hotel staff I've come across so far. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nice, and I'd definitely recommend the restaurant and breakfast. A perfect stay in Fes, close to the old Medina!

The location was perfect, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good. Staff were nice too. The downside was the noise: doors slammed, and you could hear people talking on the stairs really clearly.

Such a beautiful place, very clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating when my friends and I ran into some trouble. I'd recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Fes, and I'll be back. Big shout out to Shady, Mehdi, Ikram, Samir and Simohamed!
