Guests can meet other travelers around the communal table, and the owners offer personalized service. This peaceful spot in the heart of the Fes medina has been beautifully restored by two Irish expatriates, with careful attention to the furnishings and how it’s run. The rooms, food, cleanliness, location, and service all matched what I’d expect from a small, individual, unique place abroad. It’s uncrowded and feels like a haven to relax in.
